Commercial Overhead Door Panel Replacement
When a truck or forklift hits a door, the damage is often limited to one or two sections. Replacing just those sections costs less than a new door and keeps the rest of the door in service.
When a panel can be replaced
- One or two sections are dented, cracked or bent
- Matching sections are still available for the door
- The track and the rest of the door are in good shape
What we do
- Identify the door's maker, model and section size
- Order matching sections
- Secure the door while sections are swapped
- Replace hinges, rollers and struts as needed
- Rebalance the door and test it
Keeping the building secure
If a damaged door will not close while new sections are on order, we will do what we can to get it closed and locked in the meantime.
When it is time for a new door

Will the new panel match?
We order sections that match the door's maker and model when they are available. Color can vary slightly on older doors that have faded.
How long does it take to get panels?
It depends on the maker. We will give you an estimate when we order.
Can a dented panel be straightened?
Minor dents sometimes can. Bent or cracked sections usually need replacing so the door runs and seals properly.
