Opener Repair questions
Why does the door only close if I hold the button?
That usually means the safety sensors are not working or not lined up. The opener falls back to hold-to-close. See safety sensor repair.
Can I open the door if the opener is dead?
Most commercial openers have a manual chain or release. Only use it if the springs and cables are intact.
Do you repair openers you did not install?
Yes. We repair most brands.
